Q: Is BikeAlive weatherproof?
A: Yes. The unit is sealed and the battery cover is supplemented with a rubber cap for extra protection
Q: Will the light still work if I fall off or hit something with the end-piece?
A: The wand support is flexible and we would not expect BikeAlive to be damaged by a fall. A test wand has successfully passed multiple severe impacts without damage.
Q: Can I put it on a childs bike?
A: Yes, you can, but it needs to be mounted so that the extended wand is not lower than 70 cm from the ground to avoid the possibility that the wand gets into the spokes of an adjacent bike causing an accident.
Q: Are delivery charges included?
A: Packaging and delivery by Post World-wide is included. If courier delivery is requested, this is charged additionally.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Once payment has been verified, we will endeavour to have your order dispatched the same day.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You may pay by Paypal, bank direct credit, wire
transfer, Visa or Mastercard
